Secure Data Storage Systems
-
Data security is an indispensable requirement for organisations.
Institutions that prioritise data protection can address their security needs through various methods, including the use of encrypted, secure USB storage devices. -
Using 24-character passwords defined by the organisation, all USB drives into which the device is inserted can be identified and monitored.
Password-based controls can also be applied to restrict data capacity usage. -
With the dual-password option, an administrator password is created in addition to the user password.
In cases where the user forgets their password, access to the device can be restored using the administrator password. -
A corporate logo or symbol can be engraved on the device to provide a distinctive and customised appearance.
-
The password attempt limitation feature allows a predefined number of login attempts to be set by the user.
If the specified number of incorrect attempts is exceeded, access to the data is blocked, and the device must be reformatted before it can be reused.
